Studio Espresso

Blended to be thick and dark in the cup, with a firm, almost savoury backbone, it is concentrated and precise. Comprising beans from Brazil, Indonesia and India, each origin separately roasted then blended by hand. Primarily for espresso or moka pot, but when medium ground, also works in a cafetière. Prepare as usual for your favourite method. Works very well with milk based drinks.
