These Terms apply when you use the Archive Coffee website or place an order with us. Please read them before ordering.

2. Using our website
You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order and to keep any account details secure.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
3. Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.
Products are subject to availability. Minor details, packaging, appearance and colours may vary. Coffee is a natural product, so characteristics such as appearance and flavour may vary slightly between batches.
We may update or discontinue products, packaging or recipes from time to time.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where, for example, a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product information error, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges and available payment methods will be shown at checkout.
Payment is taken through our payment provider when you place your order.
If a price displayed on our website is clearly incorrect and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.
6. Delivery
We deliver to the locations available at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Some products may be dispatched on our behalf by specialist suppliers or fulfilment partners.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them.
If your delivery is significantly delayed or does not arrive, please contact us at office@archive-coffee.com.
7. Subscriptions
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will renew automatically at the frequency selected when you subscribe and payment will be taken for each renewal until you cancel.
Where available, you can manage, pause or cancel your subscription through your account.
Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
8. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy explains your cancellation rights and our procedures for returns, refunds and faulty or damaged products.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Food and allergen information
Where applicable, food and allergen information will be provided with the product and/or on our website.
If you have an allergy or intolerance, please check the relevant product information before consumption.
10. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including Archive Coffee branding, logos, text, photographs, graphics, product names and other materials, belongs to Archive Design Ltd or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this material commercially without our prior written permission.
11. Liability
We will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our products and services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
We are not liable for losses that are not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence.
If you use our products for business purposes, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue or opportunity.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect any rights you may have where an order is significantly delayed or cannot be fulfilled.

14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The version that applies to your order is the version published on our website when you place that order.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.
