Blend No.1

Blend No.1 is built around Monsoon Malabar coffee, aged on India's coast in open-sided warehouses through the same monsoon winds every year — a practice with protected geographical status, unique to this stretch of coastline. The salt air and humidity strip the acid out and leave something swollen, earthen, slow. Full-bodied, low-acid, velvety. The other components add complexity without disturbing that character.
