Blend No.1

This is a rich and smooth blend comprising three different origins from India, Brazil and Sumatra, each origin roasted separately and then mixed by hand. It has a deep, settled taste and an underlying quiet sweetness. Excellent for all methods of preparation and all types of milk.  We like a stronger pour over or filter and use 30g coffee to 300g water for one large morning cup, if you're not measuring make as you like and enjoy !
